I did it my way :)
I tried to imitate the dead sea effect.
I know that the dead sea is about 1000 feet below the sea level. And the curing effect of the sun in this area is amazing. I thought to my self, why is that? Well, the sun has a long way before it reaches the dead sea area. So after soaking in the dead sea salt bath in my home I started to hang out in the morning sun (= in the morning the sun travels a longer distance through the atmosphere). So around 10 o'clock in the morning, I traveled in a park near my house about 20 minutes a day. Amazing result! I could see my psoriasis disappear.
